Boarding takes too long like most planes. I checked my bag in but they did not inform me that when u have a step over you have to take your own bag. So my bag stayed behind.

Checking in lady charged me £25 for one carrying hand luggage that fitted easy with no issue in the overhead compartment. on my return journey back to the UK 🇬🇧 today allowed me go through with the same hand luggage free I want a refund please. Regards Adrian

What flight ever. Five hours check in delayed flight etc eventually cancelled. Managed to book a new fight the next day and trying to get baggage back I was sent to different parts of the airport by the easy jet info crew who were rude and unhelpful, pointing me to places you could not access and eventually turning their back on me and refusing to help. We’ll never fly easy jet again. Absolutely pathetic.

We missed the flight because of the time between arrival and checking on the next flight. The kayak team forgot that there is immigration and customs and security clearance before taking the connecting flight we had just 50 mts. The Wizz flight arrived a bit late and that also added to the problem. And we got no help from Kayak or EasyJet. The next flight at 7pm We decided to take train to Glasgow so as to reach by evening
