Icelandair was excellent. Kayak business not so much. As mentioned in our comment through pilot, there were hidden fees when we bought the tickets.

How can the airline deploy the oldest 757-200 with a broken down entertainment system and no WiFi for a cross Atlantic 7:50 hr torture chamber experience?? My seat 3A couldn’t be reclined. The footrest was flimsy and useless. And there’s no leg support unlike their newer 737-Max which they lavish on intra-Europe routes. Shame!!
