The flight was virtually empty. About 30% full. Although there were First Class seats available the airline refused to allow me to upgrade to First Class from Business Class so that I could upgrade my wife from Economy to Business Class as there were no other business class seats left. Then when I say in my wife's Economy seat after informing the cabinet staff the female crew member working that section accused me of being in the wrong seat, when I tried to explain she just ignored me. Then went In sat in row 33 instead of 38 she came and chased me out of the row saying that I was causing a danger by sitting in the wrong seat. I disputed this but moved seats. Later when I was going back to my seat from the bathroom and she was in front of the row behind my seat I may have brushed against saying pardon as I got into my seat when there was a little turbulence. She came to me an repremanded me in a loud voice saying I had pushed her and falsely accused me in front of passengers of not having even said pardon to her. She then passed me over in the meal service. At the breakfast service they again just passed me by. I had to ask the crew for a breakfast after I realize they were again passing me by after they had gone two rows past me. The seat back also did not work.
