I went to sleep without dinner, woke up about 4 hours before landing. I asked for breakfast, waited for an hour, nothing, I asked again, still nothing after 15 minutes. I then asked for coffee, when the coffee came after half an hour, it was cold. Crew manager apologised.

Boarding was crazy. Flight was delayed for an hour and passengers were trap on flight without water for an hour. Meals were disappointedly poor. Only one round of very little beverages (I was served half of a sparkling can—didnt know why crew refused yo serve me whole can). Crew were cold and rude and unattentive. Toilets are dirty terribly. Worst flight ever.

Our flight was at4:45pm, and they allowed us to check in at 9am, which is good that we don’t have to carry the luggage to walk around. Our seats were assigned at the very back, and we requested to have it closed to the front, they were able to move forward a little bit. We requested to ship our carry on, but they charged extra fees, other airlines like air Canada would encourage customers to ship their carry on.
