The flight boarding time was changed so many times and the passengers weren’t notified about boarding time until the boarding actually started.
Boarding takes too long like most planes. I checked my bag in but they did not inform me that when u have a step over you have to take your own bag. So my bag stayed behind.
we had a real problem at the check-in because EASY JET didn't have received the information that we had contracted and paid for 1 cabin luggage each one, my boss and I , and they charged us again for our small suitcase !!! So we paid twice for the same service!! We came back last thursday evening and we still haven't received the invoice to be able to claim . we are very angry with kayak... next time we won't buy our flight ticket by you . O voo foi cancelado quanto a gente já estava no portão de embarque, e adiado para o dia seguinte, sem explicação aparente. Foi uma confusão interminável até conseguirmos um lugar para dormir. A equipe da companhia parecia perdida, não sabiam o que fazer, e alguns eram mal-educados. No dia seguinte, chegamos cedo ao aeroporto e o voo foi adiado de novo. Péssima experiência, teria sido melhor pegar um trem.
From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you
The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit
