ok when in Malaga I asked for wheelchair at Gatwick as I had pulled a muscle in my back and it was hard to walk got to Gatwick No wheelchair had to walk not very good

Delayed flight, no information as to why, more standing on the runway with no information and after landing, more delays with security gates not working. Just a shambles, lack of communication and lack of customer care.
