Visitors from Hong Kong must present a negative RT-PCR (NAAT) or Antigen (quick-test) test taken 48 for rt-pcr (naat) and 24 antigen (quick-test) hours before departing to Eindhoven.

Quarantine requirements
Visitors from Hong Kong are not required to quarantine after entering Eindhoven.

Health Declaration Form - All travelers aged 13 years and older are required to fill out a health declaration before departure to the Netherlands.

Quarantine Form - Travelers from Philippines, Afghanistan, Anguilla, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bermuda, Botswana, Brazil, Costa Rica, Cuba, Eswatini, Fiji, French Polynesia, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Kosovo, Lesotho, Malaysia, Martinique, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Serbia, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Thailand, U.S. Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela are required to fill out a quarantine declaration form before departure to the Netherlands.

COVID-19 Access Pass - Travelers are required to present a COVID-19 access pass to enter restaurants, bars, concerts, cinemas, etc. Travelers may download the CoronaCheck app and use it as a COVID-19 access pass after uploading documents on it such as a negative COVID-19 test result, proof of vaccination, or proof of recovery. This requirement does not apply to travelers under the age of 13.
