Business class paid seat inoperable - could only be lowered/raised manually by two cabin crew members. Reading lamp dead. SBE unit had to be rebooted x4 to get operational. Not at all acceptable. Cabin crew except purser as wonderful as always on FJ. Purser took seat number and advised the airline would contact me - which hasn’t happened! Near nee A350 should be much better maintained this. I foresee a breach of contract happening - I paid for a seat at the pointy end that actually worked - I didn’t get one. Again cabin crew wonderful but they can only work with the equipment they’ve got.
