Difficult to find the place. Located in nondescript bottom floor in Marriott. Upon arrival we learned that we were assigned an electrict vehicle. This destroyed our plans to drive long distance due to charging time. No other cars were available!!! no disclosure that electric car is even a possibility.

This enterprise location does not have a drop box for after hours returns. So I had to keep the car overnight when I didn’t need it, which means I had to pay to park it overnight.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We rented a 15 passenger van which drove very smooth for the 2500 miles.

The van seats do not recline and an entire row had to be used to store the luggage. Those were the only downfalls.

Payment tablet was a complete nightmare, it did not charge me according to their records but I kept seeing multiple charges in my bank records. Have to keep returning in order to fix their mess so next time I'll not use this location

Nothing about this location. I did wind up at another Enterprise finding what I wanted the next day. This reservation was made at least 6 weeks in advance and they tried to pass off smaller SUV in the place of car rented.

We didn’t rent what they offered. We reserved luxury full size SUV (suburban) and what they attempted to give us was a disgusting, filthy Nissan Armada, not the same class as our rental. When I brought it to their attention, they then lied that they had attempted to call us “4 or 5 times” to let us know that would not be able to accommodate us. If they had greeted us with that information, I would not have been so upset about their dishonesty. They also told us that was why we should rent directly from them instead of using third party so you should know how they are representing you. We went to another enterprise location the next day and rented what we wanted.

Pleased with the overall experience.

Whoever assisted me could have done better at checking/inspecting the car with me for any physical damage to the car. He didn’t inspect the vehicle with me. He was unable to offer the cheaper online third-party collision car insurance. Instead, he offered me his onsite car insurance 3x more expensive compared to the online.

We were given a pick up time of 12 noon, we showed up about ten minutes early and when we tried to walk in the lady was very rude and locked the door on us saying they were closed. This particular location apparently closed at noon but she couldn't even take us in since we were there before noon and had a reservation. Then she tried hiding behind the counter like we didn't see her. It was an overall horrible experience.
