Admin error on their part prevented renting the vehicle. I left after 3 hours, with no resolution. I will never ise Enterprise again.

I received a phone call the day before scheduled pick up. Employee and I confirmed pickup "around 12 noon". However when I showed up at noon the office was closed and I could not get the rental, which I NEEDED as transportation to the airport. I tried calling several times and knocking on door but nobody answered. I was left high and dry. Unacceptable.

This is second time I rented for Avis (tried to give benefit of the doubt) was charged to much and had to fight to get my refund. Car wasn’t very clean.

Last at drop off was very nice.

I went through 4 cars in 2 hours. All were dirty. The third had an accident report and I had to drive back the 45 min to switch it out.
