The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The drop off was confusing. No one was at the counter when I first arrived. There was a sign saying they were servicing vehicles and to call a phone number. No one answered when I called so I left a message. The employee called me back and gave me instructions to return the car. I had to return an hour later to drop off the car. When I did, I saw the sign with instructions for drop off but it was not in an easily seen area. Also, the way to drop off was inconvenient.
