Rented an EUV. Staff was very helpful explaining all of the necessary things I needed to know for me to drive it. Really enjoyed the experience.

Everything was smooth. We enjoyed the vehicle a great deal and perfectly accommodated our needs. I believe we received a free upgrade, which certainly affected how pleased we were with the cost/value. The only negative was we waited over an hour past our scheduled pickup time when receiving the car. There was a giant line of folks, perhaps they were understaffed on a Thursday morning? It set our trip plans back a bit, but it was great otherwise.

Disappointed that drop off at a different location was impossible even though I was told otherwise.

I didn’t receive the car, was quoted one price online then at pick up I needed a bunch of extra things and the price was double what I originally thought.

The manager came to the rescue as I had rented from the wrong location. Everyone was nice about it and got me the same deal in a nice big car.

The car wasn't very clean inside or out. The staff were a little rude when they were having trouble with my card. The manager had the audacity to ask if I had enough money in my account.

Very horrible experience I ended up driving my own car.

Easy pick up, straightforward, cheap. I think I may have gotten a nicer car than I paid for. Nothing to complain about

Easy to pick up. Staff very helpful and friendly. But the car had not been checked over very well as it had a cracked windshield and was low on wiper fluid.

I booked a SUV rental with Enterprise Rent a Car through Kayak. When I arrived at Enterprise I was told they had tried to contact me but the “third party” I had booked through had not shared my contact details, which I found hard to believe as I had email confirmations from both parties. They told me my “convertible” would be ready shortly. I told them I had booked an SUV as I had 4 large suitcases which wouldn’t load in a convertible. After insisting on getting a SUV Enterprise said they had found one and had it sent over from another branch. We waited 90-120 minutes before we could get going. Not the experience we thought we would have!

The car was dirty outside. Inside the front and middle rows were clean, the back row, the cup containers have candy and trash from the previous user I guess

Although we specified the drop off at the airport in the reservation, it didn't get reflected in the cost. An additional $150 drop is, well, a lot.
