I was actually quite impressed with British Airways. My flight from Las Vegas to London was delayed for 5 and 1/2 hours causing me to miss my connection to Tirana They contacted me rescheduled a flight for a day later then my original flight, They made it so easy to put me up in a hotel at Gatwick airport and pay for my meals and my transfer to Heathrow airport. It was very smooth. I couldn't believe it was so hassle-free. Thank you so much, British Airways!
