There is a very lousy agent who will try give you a smaller car and try to make you pay extra for what you've already paid for. He is a taler WM with shaved hair. Avoid the conman and ask to speak with Chris who is the complete opposite - professional and delightful to work with.

When I showed up to pick up my car, at the scheduled time, I was told they didn’t have any cars and that I should leave and wait for them to call me. They informed me that their makes as many reservations for cars as they can regardless of whether or not they have any cars available. I ended up having to call for a ride over to Enterprise, where I was able to rent a car.

Very friendly staff! I wished the hours were longer rather than closing at 5pm though. I thoroughly enjoyed my rental car.

I booked a full size SUV, a Nissan Rogue that would fit 6 people and 5 bags. I was given a mid size suv that would fit 4 and 1 bag. For one week that was unacceptable. They had no other vehicles than a mini van. I was given the mini can, but I had to pay an additional $20/day for the difference. It was not right.
