Waiting outside before picking the car up and after dropping it off seems like a poor way to do business. I understand that in these times of COVID-19, businesses have had to make changes, but being able to wait inside for a ride seems do able.

Car and service were great. I liked the fact that they didn't have time to pick up/drop off so they covered the cost of my uber...very nice.

Back of the car was very dirty, food every where, sticky soda spills, pretty gross.

Middletown office was great. Gave us a. I’ve car that we liked. Budget customer service was terrible after we got a flat tire on a one-way rental. Roadside assistance was not helpful and the customer service line directed us to three different rental offices in a row that couldn’t provide us with a replacement car. Ended up having to end the rental and take the train to reach our destination. With an infant, a toddler, and a family’s worth of luggage, this was a pretty unpleasant experience. Don’t think I’ll ever rent from budget again.

Easy rental process online. Check-in at Budget was relatively quick.

The car I received wasn't in great shape. It smelled like cigarette smoke and was a bit dirty.

Staff was great

Did not have the car (category) I ordered. The supposed “upgrade” SUV was a very small and very uncomfortable car. I needed a bigger more spacious car for this reservation.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The car was not spot clean. The windshield needs wiping from the inside in the vehicles I have rented. I normally take water and vinegar to do the cleaning myself, especially for night driving where the glare of the incoming cars make the marks more apparent.
