|Jul 2023In person customer service was great. Trying to reach someone beforehand though was difficult and not helpful. Dropoff was a bit confusing, no signs or live people to tell you what to do. You just pull in and walk away, easy but not like any other return I've ever had

|Jul 2023Made reservation at the Madison, WI Odana beach to get there and for them to rudely tell me there was no vehicle so I was stranded. They proceeded to tell me this happens all the time and there was nothing they could do.

|Jul 2023The exterior of the car was extremely dirty and the service light was on. There was a strong smell in the first couple of days. Possibly cigarette smoke.

|Sept 2023The pick-up location call to say they would be closed that day. So I had to go to a different location but they didn’t inform me they didn’t open one hour later then the original location. Had to sit around for an hour and got charged extra for airport avis fees. The car had a used glass pipe in the center console and the car smelled like smoke. So no one checked the car before it was given to me. I was already running late from the delay so didn’t have time to change cars.
