Excellent pickup location. Pick up provide no assistance in locating the car in huge lot. Absolutely no review of new vehicle controls, equipment and safety features. Could not operate cruise control safely, could not locate gas panel release for filling. No delivery of vehicle to customer after long day of travel. Safety and comfort of customer driving a brand vehicle of no concern to rental agent.

First of all, I was given a car that did not fit the description of the car in the category I rented and therefore I could not fit my luggage in it. I then had to pay for an upgrade which I was not happy about, but I did not have a choice as my parents and I were needing to drive a further 2 hours to our destination, and it was late. When I got the next car, it was dirty inside and had quite a lot of marks and scrapes on the wheels. I was told to take pictures of the damage (I did). When I was driving it, I noticed that the service overdue and engine oil lights were on, but it was too late to go back. I had two tyers blow while I was driving, which the tyer repair place said was caused by the damage on the rims. I had to pay for the two new tyers and budget were not prepared to reimburse me for the cost. We could have been killed if I had been travelling any faster. Although I have pictures of the damaged rims, they are saying that the car was not damaged when it was rented to me, even though I have pictures on the day. I am disgusted with budget.
