The perfect car rental experience. Received my car quickly, car was great, drop off was painless

Car was fine, all staff were friendly and helpful, drop off was easy, price was great. The only negative - and this is huge - was waiting in line for more than two hours at pick up at HNL (it was a Saturday). The line at Dollar was maybe ten times longer than at any other rental office. Once we finished the paperwork, actually getting the car was a breeze. When we dropped off the car (Tuesday) the line appeared maybe 2/3 as long. The lines are a reflection of the prices, but be warned...

The wait to pick up the car was literally two hours long standing in line. While it was a cheap option, my time is worth more than I saved.

Terrible.

Got an Audi A4 for less than $100 for25 hrs. Was cheaper than full sized Toyota. Thought was going to get charged for 2 days but possibly they have a one hour grace period?

Excellent customer service

Staff were so friendly. The computer system in Honolulu wasn’t communicating correctly with my drop off in Kailua, this added about an hour to our wait. Staff were great but it was a bit tiring after a long flight.

Pick up and drop off both went extremely smooth and well no complaints here!

experience was not good, car safety was expired which we did not notice at pickup. A valet person at our hotel noticed it and refused to park the car. we did not use it after except to drive it back to the airport for drop off.

They could have cleaned the car, I found papers and spills from the last people who rented the car from the sister company. On pick ups they should have someone there to talk to you about the car and go over all the dents, scratches, maybe been offered an up grade. Services at check in was not very good, all 3 people did different check ins I heard one ask if people wanted to up grade after they heard what they were getting, would have been nice to get.

Don’t waste time with them. We were never able to even get our car as they overbooked. Use any other company besides Budget/Alamo/thrifty/Dollar as they are owned by the same company.

Great! Super easy to use

Got there and was told " don't know why they advertise Jeeps, don't have any" Tried to give me a mini van that was trashed inside and out. Got my money back and a Cab back to the airport to rent from a well known name.

Car interior was pretty unclean, car worked ok but was definitely a little dated and had some bad tint.

No pickup or drop off. Rates are excessive.
