They hold us for 1 hour in a hot area while waiting to board the plain instead of letting us stay in the waiting area

The crew are not that friendly. And I cannot understand the pilot or the announcements being said on the PA system.

They did not ask me if I want food during the 12 hour flight. They just pass by me and did not give me food. The flight attendant could not speak English so they could not explain when I complained.
