Cheap Car Rentals in South Carolina

I went to pick up my car and the person said they had zero cars. I had already paid for the car online. The person showed no concern nor did not offer a solution. Very poor service!

I always have great experiences with Enterprise. I tend to rent based on price, so if Enterprise is comparable, I choose them every time. Fast, easy and no hassles.

Friendly staff! Almost new vehicle! The bummer is that the car had been heavily smoked in already. It was pretty unpleasant to drive unless the windows were down.

Waiting time to get a car!

I highly recommend to not use this company. They tried to charge me $80 more because I was an hour early for my pick up. Then they gave me a filthy car with an oil change needed light on. And then you need a QR code to get out of the garage when your cell phone has no service under the garage and you can’t get the QR code earlier because it only last for 10 minutes. I took a good 15 minutes to leave before someone came and helped us Upon returning the car we filled it up and left it in the garage with the keys. There was no one there to help us and then received a bill for $164 for fuel on a car that has a 20 gallon tank and we had already put the fuel in. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Agent was very helpful when he saw the bags we had and helped us to get another vehicle on the fly. He was so helpful.

No attendant present when dropping off my car 05:45am. Lot was full and other cars that had been returned were blocking entrance. Had to park outside of lot. Took my key inside where there was no attendant, no drop box, so left it on counter hoping it was safe. Then ran to my flight. Never had that type unnerving experience in all my many years of car rentals.

Initially I had to wait in line an hour and a half, but the car was great and drop off was awesome a delightful African American young Lady greeted us and took care of everything we didn’t even have to walk inside, what a delightful employee
