Poor level of English spoken at the facility. Car had 2 defects, rear wiper broken, tire low air pressure indicator would not cancel even after checking tire pressures. Upon return, for some unexplained reason, I had to pay any additional $31.98 and I still do not know why I was charged this amount. The rep could not explain the reason, just that his system said This amount was due.
