The pick-up guy was very nice and helpful

When renting express van you must have credit card, when I confirmed my reservation, I was never told to have credit card, as debit card is no good. Van had enough space for my 11 family members, all luggage’s as well. With long drive to Los Angeles from San Antonio, gas wasn’t too bad as well 380$ going there and coming back 260$. Breaks weren’t too great you had to push all the way down to stop make sure you are stopping ahead of time with busy traffic. Other than that we made it back safely, van did meet our needs. Thank you

I cancelled this car reservation. Kayak and Budget can't stay up to date. Frustrating to keep getting messages from them. Will not use Kayak again.
