Terrible. First, I was booked for a tesla model y. Told to wait for my car. After almost an hour, they told me that they don't have a model y, and I can take model 3. Much smaller, and I am 6'4... So, they told me that I either take the model 3 or come back tomorrow. I had a meeting in LA , and almost missed it. So I took the car, now, I found out that it was empty...not charged. Wasted another hour to find a charger and charge it. Overall, I will file a refund request, as I paid for a service that I did not receive. You should compensate me for all of my troubles and inconvenience. Please reply to me asap, Elad Goldsteen
